  • Affidavit of Service (AOS) or Affidavit of Attempted Service (AOAS) with 1 Exhibit
  • Commissioning or Notarizing Originals sent via Canada Post regular mail
  • Upon request- File the original affidavit of service with Court of King’s Bench

Mobile Commissioner of Oaths – Calgary & Area

Flat Rate / First Document / Non-Refundable Deposit – $50
This single fee:

  • Covers the first document commissioned at your appointment

  • Includes travel anywhere within Calgary city limits

  • Acts as a non-refundable deposit, payable at booking to secure your appointment

  • Is applied toward your service but forfeited if you cancel without sufficient notice or are unavailable at the agreed time/place

Sufficient Notice:

  • Standard bookings: 24 hours’ notice

  • Weekend/evening bookings: 48 hours’ notice

Additional Fees:

  • Each Additional Document (same appointment): $10

  • Evening/Weekend Surcharge: +$25

  • Outside City Limits: $0.85/km (round trip) from office

  • Covers the first notarization at your appointment

  • Includes travel anywhere within Calgary city limits

  • Acts as a non-refundable deposit at booking (credited toward service)

  • Forfeited if you cancel without sufficient notice or are unavailable at the agreed time/place
